Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and bdg89 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the bdg89 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdg89 platform and close your account if one exists. bdg89 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms:

Eligibility to Use bdg89

To register an Account and use the bdg89 Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. bdg89 is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years of age. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons lacking legal capacity may not register an Account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or any other person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, and you must not be in a voluntary or compulsory exclusion period at the time of registration.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.

bdg89 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that are found to be in breach of these criteria, including forfeiture of any outstanding Balance where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonus funds. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your true name and date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account password. bdg89 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Notify bdg89 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your registered mobile number is compromised.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date. bdg89 is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated Account information.

bdg89 applies SSL encryption to all Account data and transactions. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to platform staff. Members are responsible for the security of their own devices used to access the Platform.

Deposits

All deposits to bdg89 Accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit is ৳200. bdg89 accepts the following deposit methods:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank). Mobile wallet deposits are credited to the Account balance within seconds of the transfer completing under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other Bangladeshi commercial banks. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution — typically within one business day.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Card deposits may be subject to international transaction fees charged by the card issuer — bdg89 does not add a processing surcharge.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source where possible.

bdg89 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network outages outside bdg89's direct control. If a deposit is delayed, Members should contact bdg89 support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their real-money Balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, though large withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 may require additional KYC verification before processing.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, national holidays, or maintenance windows.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of your Balance may be withdrawn at any time; bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable upon completion of wagering requirements.
• bdg89 may require KYC documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of payment method, proof of address) before processing withdrawals above bdg89's internal KYC threshold. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled.

bdg89 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where an investigation results in a finding of fraud, bdg89 may forfeit the relevant Balance and close the Account.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdg89 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement (rollover) has been completed in full using real-money wagers on eligible games.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times across duplicate Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of all associated Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the end of the validity period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• bdg89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's Account, in which case the existing terms of that bonus remain in effect.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day) are time-limited and will be announced via the Platform's promotions section. These are subject to the same general bonus conditions above plus any additional event-specific terms.

bdg89 does not guarantee any minimum return on wagering activity associated with bonus funds. Gambling involves risk, and wagering requirements may not always be completed successfully. Players should only claim bonuses they understand and are comfortable completing.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdg89 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players, Platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process criminal proceeds, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable financial regulations in Bangladesh.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in games or Platform systems to obtain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be removed from the Account.

bdg89 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems operating continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems will be placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation outcome.

Responsible Gaming

bdg89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible at any time from Account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — an increase request requires a cooling-off period before it takes effect, giving the Member genuine time to reconsider.
• Session time limits: Members may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached the Member is automatically logged out and must wait a defined period before logging back in.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications during play showing elapsed session time and net wagering position, helping Members stay aware of their activity.
• Self-exclusion: Members may exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period of days, weeks, or months, or request permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period the Account is locked from all play, deposits, and promotions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdg89 Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdg89 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the express written permission of bdg89.

Game software and live studio content is provided to bdg89 under licence from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All rights in such content remain vested in the respective provider. bdg89 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdg89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. bdg89's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdg89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, or events outside bdg89's reasonable control including internet service provider outages, power failures, or natural disasters. bdg89 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned maintenance windows in advance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the international market. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact bdg89 support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. bdg89 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdg89 support, the Member may escalate the matter in writing to the bdg89 compliance team. bdg89's decision on escalated disputes, having considered all available evidence, is final. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights the Member may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Amendments to These Terms

bdg89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdg89 will provide notice to Members via a notification displayed on the Platform upon their next login, or via the registered contact details held on file. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision at the top of the page.

If a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they should immediately cease using the Platform and contact bdg89 support to close their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments without reservation.
